Bought a couch and dining set from this location and honestly the set I chose I like a lot which is why this isn’t a 1 star. I didn’t negotiate, paid full price and chose white glove delivery service for extra money. It took 2 months to deliver which is fine cause COVID but about a month later 1 chair leg broke. I figure, no problem, easy fix because I can see it’s just the leg that needs replacement and not the whole chair. I have called 6 times in the past 3 months only to have them ignore me or say we’ll send another email to figure out if i’m going to be helped or not. I offered to just buy a new leg for the chair because i’m tired of looking at the broken chair but they don’t sell individual chair legs. I have a cousin who raves that he always gets half off furniture at Jeromes. It pisses me off that this is the way they treat full paying customers

I bought a couch today and it was just what I was looking for. The salesman Eddie was very helpful and waited on us promptly. When we left, everyone in the family remarked that it was the easiest shopping experience, especially for furniture, that we ever had.They even have the couch we selected in stock so it will be delivered tomorrow. How’s that for service!

Great experience, the salesperson was very friendly and helpful. The selection was good, the only issue is the delay in the availability of the items more than likely due to Covid. Overall, I like Jerome’s and will likely purchase from them again.
