I joined Jenny Craig for the second time. I was semi-satisfied last time, but as soon as I started eating regular (non-Jenny) foods, the weight came back. I rejoined and opted for the DNA test, which is supposed to tell you about your DNA, which would help you. I got the results back in less than a week, 82% of the DNA information was wrong. When I spoke to the counsel about it, she said, “well, the DNA is also environmental. Hello…your DNA has nothing to do with the environment. I called JC headquarters to tell them and was called back by a very uninformed woman. From her voice, I think she was about 23 & definitely didn’t have a degree in either customer service or science. I asked the name of the lab that tested my DNA & she told me that was confidential. How can it be confidential- they have my DNA. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and she advised that I can’t do that. I believe, not sure, this DNA test is a scam to collect an additional $50.Stay away from Jenny Craig – especially- the Great Neck office.
