I met Jessica a couple of years ago while making a purchase in the store, and since then she has ensured that every experience shopping at Jennifer Miller is a wonderful one!Jessica is always friendly and personable. She is honest in providing a sincere opinion about a piece or style, is very accommodating in operating within budget parameters, and always follows up with a check in text after a purchase. She communicates frequently about store promotions and is always ready to send a curated selection of pieces she knows I may like, without any pressure to purchase. On a personal note, I was in the store once last year on my way to visit my dad who had just had surgery, and every single time I’ve spoken with Jessica since then, she has asked about my dad.
