We were heading out to Colorado Springs and my bf bike wouldnt shift correctly. We called Adventure Hub in Redding because we had just discovered this business at the Outdoor Expo at the civic a month before. A young man (sorry i cant remember your name, but you got bike skills) fixed the derailleur and shifter and we were on our way the next morning. Thanks Adventure Hub, Jasper and your skilled bike mechanics. Colorado was awedome riding.

My wife and I wanted to explore bikepacking so we stopped in to talk to Jasper. He asked us about our goals, budget, and activity level and was able to steer us toward two bikes that we love! He made sure the bikes were perfectly tuned and fit to us before we rode out the door. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I have now rode my new bike everyday this week and it is fantastic! We love supporting local businesses and I’m sure we will be making more purchases at the Jefferson State Adventure Hub soon.
