I visited this shop yesterday. Over priced, random souvenirs. There werent many stores open in the area (im assuming because we visited the falls after the normal tourist season) so we did purchase s couple of cups and a shotglass for our collection. The woman who rang us up pulled down her mask to wipe at her nose with her hand then continued wrapping my cups 🙁 needless to say everything was cleansed thoroughly once we got to the car. She was pleasant but unhygienic and during covid times this is unsettling

Went to Niagara Falls NY for my grandsons 10th birthday this past week. We went into this store to buy snacks and our souvenirs. We were walking around and trying to meet up with them and we were treated HORRIBLE by a worker who THOUGHTwe were trying to get into a back area. She was so rotten that we ALL left without buying a thing!!! Do NOT give this woman your business what so ever!!!!!

Terrible employees…unbearably rude. Came in to buy some souvenirs…after witnessing the employees yell at an elderly man for his face mask slipping down and then continue to speak about him rudely…I put my things back and left.
