I had a Blank experience…The young lady gave me the wrong time ..I waited over an hour…then when I go in…She didnt Welcome me or introduce herself…I had to ask her name..I gave my Rx to her…She said look around.No assistance…Now I see why JC Penny is going OUT of business…The customer service is low grade or at least in Optical..If I had the money …I trully would have gone someplace else…Be aware..if you have too use this place…
