My mother had an appointment to get reading glasses the staff was unprofessional really bad service and very dirty the machines were all dusty a place like that should be always clean. She didn’t continue with her appointment very dissapointing.

This place was great! They had great deals and specials going on when I was buying my glasses plus I had a credit card with them so it was of even lower cost. I called many optical places for price differences for glasses and surprisingly Jcpenny actually came out cheaper. The manager was very nice as well. Great service

Been coming to the JCPenney optical in Montebello for over ten years. Decided to hit the one in West Covina and had a huge let down. Walked in with no one around got partial help. They took my prescription and when I want to look for the frames I wanted they turned and helped some one else. When I went back with the frames I wanted they told me they would help as soon as they finished with the other customers who still needed to pull out their prescription and choose their frames. Never again, I’m staying put at Montebello.
