I ordered items online and got the email at about 4:30pm saying they were ready to be picked up. I got there at about 5:50pm the same day, and they’re supposed to be open until 8:00pm. Checked in for their curbside pickup. Waited 15 min and no one came out. I went in to the store and the lights were off. A JCPenney worker told me they’re closed. I asked for a refund and they just told me to come back next day to pick up my items. No refund was issued. Wasted my time going to the store.

Today’s shopping was great! I was at the kids section and all the associates were helpful. special Thanks to the 2 ladies at the main register on the second floor!. I look for their names but I only found #s on the receipts. (Assoc. #0389 and 0440). Thank you
