Love shopping at JC Penny’s they have the best sales! Love the jewelry department except the customer service needs improvement. But it’s not there fault. It seems like they’re short handed all the time. I love that I can use extra points to get more discounts on the things that I buy. it’s looking like JC Penney needs to re-stock on some areas like home good such as pots and pans, bedding, and kids clothes. Oh they’ve also cut their hours from 11am to 7pm to COVID19. They require you to wear a mask at all times and stay 6-feet apart! Happy Shopping!
