my son brought 2 watches from jewelry department, he doesn’t wear them because they’re too big. Went to have links removed and they won’t do it because of covid. No one offered my son to try on watch when purchased, they were the watches in the cases. Very unhappy with jewelry department and staff. He’s a teenager buying his own watches, they could’ve been more helpful to him and adjusted his watches, he spent a pretty penny on 2 watches. Now he has to pay to have links removed. Will never buy anything from jewelry department, and neither will the rest of family or friends.
