My wife bought some items in the store using her discount coupons. I did not go inside the store but my wife mentioned that it was quite busy however the staffing was sufficient enough to assist the customers.

Very nice layout of store, 90% of the areas were clean, arranged & organized.Disadvantage, which I am finding @ other JcP’s is the lack of cashiers & checkouts, they had only 2 checkouts open, 1 down in home, the other on the 2nd floor.Due to this, minus 1-star, I took 15-minutes to shop, 30-minutes to check out.

Friendly employee on the way out. Friendly cashier. I got all markdown items and spent about $100 dollars. Like 4 pants and 3 dress shirts. Or else it would of been like $ 250.00. Soo good deal jc penney.
