Went to the photo studio and had a great experience. Hardly anyone was working in the main store though. They really need more employees…many customers were waiting in a long time to get helped.

I don’t usually shop JCPenny, but at this mall I found they had the best large-store inventory and selection. Store was clean and service was friendly and prompt. When checking out, the Cashier told me about an online coupon that saved me 20%–what great service. This is my go-to store at this mall.
