The sale topper didn’t match the garments on the rack. Every item on the rack doesn’t qualify for the sale price. After arguing with the floor manager I was able to secure the 30% off. There are many more like this in this store. Be aware while shopping here.

I made an appointment for hair cut and color, I went out of my way to go and try this place, should have known, they don’t care about you or your business, I was treated disrespectful to the fact that if you make an appointment they should be on time. I was so disappointed, I just canceled.

This Penny’s is pleasant enough. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They don’t offer anything exciting by way of fashion but their staple items (tees, jeans, Chuck Taylors, etc.) are priced well and there’s always a sale or coupon. I only buy undies from them because they have a great variety and they hold up well after many washes.
