I don’t shop JCpenney often, but today reminded me why I don’t. I’m ready to check out, one rep, named Dylan was quiet busy back and forth on the floor and checking. Meanwhile 2 others were standing there, one messing with a computer the other looked like she was afraid to move unless instructed to. Neither one took the time to make anyone feel acknowledged whatsoever. Thank you Dylan for busting your butt off for your customers.
