I went to customer service upstairs to pick up an online order. The gentleman that assisted me was very attentive and polite. I asked him why the store looked so desolate and he explained to me of the different floor plans and changes their making for a better shopping experience. He then reassured me that JCPenney Amarillo isn’t going anywhere so to ‘keep shopping ‘ and thanked me for my loyalty. Where can you find that kind of service anymore?? Great experience!

Great customer service, very clean and very polite and helpful employees. Mary was outstanding in helping me with the drapes I was looking for, made it easy to order online and was able to have it shipped to my house. I recommend this JCPenny location to everyone!
