Went to JC Penney in Sherman, some old bat….. I told her at least 3 times my address and she still put the wrong address dn. Customer service made it sound simple as cancelling the order and give it a few days and try it again. Ain’t that some BS. So I go in thinking since it was THEM that ordered it & screwed up.. they could correct my address being that it was less than 24 hrs. Well no I just gotta hope I get the package. I definitely will not go back there because that’s the second time that store has MESSED UP and not fixed it. They don’t have a problem getting your money though, just too bad for you if they mess up your order.
