Curbside pickup was great on the site. However, the customer service wasn’t great at all. The representative had an attitude when I asked if the order could be made sooner. He said “then you can come get it and buy it yourself.” When I am clearly calling because I purchased an order..The person said their name was Jose. If that’s honestly their name then they need some training in customer service. I probably won’t even shop here anymore.

I went to the JCP Optical Shop to purchase prescription sunglasses. The optician (Philip Prime) was very knowledgeable. He made the process easy and worked to provide me a excellent pair of glasses at a reasonable price.
