Review Summary
Brittany Robertson
I went to the mall in seek of small sliver earrings. I went to the jewelry section at Dillards and came across several pair of earrings at the Jamie’s Avery counter. I waited patiently for the counter attendant to finish with another customer which was taking forever. I felt like the counter attendant had no interest in assisting me. She did not even greet me and I was waiting for at least 10-15 minutes. The other customer even said to the counter attendant, “you can help her so, she doesn’t have to keep waiting,”referring to me waiting. The counter continued to work with the other customer and still did not greet me. Then the counter attendant finally asked me to do her job and write the item number down while I waited. I just took a picture of it because I did not have a piece of paper or pen to write it down. Once the counter attendant came over to help me she seem to be in a rush. Then the counter attendant was upset with me for not writing down the item number and proceeded to speak to me in a demeaning manner so, I walked away. She tried to explain why she wanted me to write the item number but, it was the way she explained. Moreover, I did not need this women to be upset with me for not doing her job. After that I was not going to spend a penny at that counter. That women need to improve upon her customer service skills.
