Our charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry is still designed and produced in our Texas Hill Country workshops–not far from where James Avery, our founder, started in the summer of 1954. Today you can experience James Avery Artisan Jewelry for yourself in our store in South Park Mall in San Antonio!

Went in to look for Christmas for my daughter was in the store for approximately 30 minutes. Was completely ignored there were 5 people working behind the counter and 3 floating around the floor not a single one asked to help or even acknowledged that my wife and I were in the store. While we were in the store waiting for someone other people came in and were helped even though we were in there first. My daughter was really wanting something from James avery but with all the wonderful help we got while there that just tells me that we were not the people that they wanted to sell to. Luckily Kay jewelers was right down the way and had awesome customer service and a great selections of awesome jewelry.
