Just left here less than an hour ago and the girl in black could not have had more of an attitude. All I called earlier for was an estimated wait time to get a Serenity Cross cleaned that I thought I had lost years ago but eventually found at home. Her solution was to sell me a cleaning cloth which I should have bought to avoid future encounters like this. She looks at the chain and says she cant clean it cause its not a james avery chain. Well, honey, I said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING over the phone or in person about the chain. I then commented how dirty her own cleaning cloth looked; she said it was fine. Good grief. Wall Street is worried about the future of malls and retail going forward. I can see why…

Tarel MCKenzie wrote a review on Dillard that was not at all true. He is the millennial boyfriend of a associate who was let go from this store due to poor work ethics. He is just slandering the company and teams good name out of spite. He wrote: “I had a very unpleasant time this evening when I went to James Avery inside of Dillards and saw an employee “Mary” screaming at another employee VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN”.
