Our charms, rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings and other jewelry is still designed and produced in our Texas Hill Country workshops–not far from where James Avery, our founder, started in the summer of 1954. I ordered my Mother’s Day gifts online and wanted to pick them up in person. I was told 3 to 5 business days, my order should be ready. It was ready the same day. I drove to the store and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. My order was correct and beautiful. I will continue to shop this way. Customer service was also excellent.
