Eurydice is a gem that comes up with cool flavor combinations, catchy names and bakes the best red velvet cupcake I’ve ever had! Several years I’ve replaced birthday cake with cupcakes from James and the giant cupcake, to rave reviews! The Emancipation of Mimi is a rare appearing favorite, never pass up a chance to get one.
