I’m visiting family and I went to this Jamba Juice on Memorial Day, when I went it was very busy and there were a lot of of orders, and well the workers were doing there job and making the smoothies and attending the customers but there was an African American young women, she had a different colored shirt and apron from the other employees and she was just standing there not helping them AT ALL. I was watching her while waiting for my order to see if she would help but she just stood there and I was about to ask for the manager to speak to them because this behavior that she was showing is unacceptable and unfair to those who actually were doing their job and attending the customers. I don’t know if that’s part of her job to just stand around and watch everyone but if it is she shouldn’t even get payed. When I walked out some of the customers were also complaining how she wasn’t helping anyone out.

My brother and I ordered a couple bowls and small smoothies and pretzel. Everything tasted amazing and held us over for our short ride to Sacramento. We arrived early in the morning and found the location from Google Maps, it was easy to find and found parking right out front of the location. overall is good
