The customer service and communication was great. Staff were nice. Very nice parking lot/launch set-up. The condition of the boat was Good. The steering wheel was not aligned and the boat should have been cleaned a little better. Having said that, I would definitely rent from them again.

Wonderful experience, great folks working here, east reservation, easy pick up, and easy drop off. Pontoon boat was excellent choice for the week, ran great, and was fun for the whole family. Would recommend Jake’s to anyone looking to rent a boat.
