Our gutters were installed a year ago by John. Our gutters were then broken in the snow/ice storm. (We had between of 4-5 inches of ice on our metal roof. They did not fall, they were badly damaged, but still standing. That says a lot about their quality of work.) John went above and beyond to help with not only the gutter removal and then reinstall, but also with the insurance claim. He personally emailed and called our insurance agent, insurance adjuster, and met the adjuster on site.
