My son is incarcerated in Illinois state prison. He received the 2020 catalog. He placed his order for my birthday on June 13 with is money order of over $100. He asked me in the middle of July of I have received my late birthday gift. I had not. So he have written Jaden Moore and they have not responded to his letter.I’m not sure about this company and I’m Disappointed on the lack of communication to a paying customer. Just because the men and women are behind bars doesn’t give anyone the right to misuse their money and lie to them. I understand the COIV is happening but in Jesus Name don’t cheat an lie to anyone for some money.God doesn’t like ugle.
