Unprofessional when he answered the phone. Said he only answered because I called him twice. Said well I can’t come out today, and then went silent. I said how about tomorrow. He said we’ll it’ll be gone by then. WHAT!?!…is that supposed to mean?! Well, don’t you think he might come back and that’s what I want to prevent, even if he does go away tonight aren’t you supposed to make sure he doesn’t. Then proceeded to say, well I’ve went to houses and found some and went to other’s where I didn’t. What type of response is that! Just strange, very unprofessional. Would not recommend based on such a response.

These guys got the job done!First let me tell a quick story – Early this year I discovered that I had large rats in my crawlspace. I called an exterminator who put down poison and then left. I didn’t hear from them for a month…during that time the rats chewed holes in my wood floor and were climbing around in my kitchen. Needless to say I was pretty desperate at this time to get some help.Enter Jacopille Bornheimer. Shane and Nick were great to work with. They were very easy to get in touch with, gave me a lot of attention, and most importantly they quickly and efficiently trapped all of the rats that had been in my crawlspace. They also helped me seal the house and cleanup the mess that had been made.These guys were professionals who cared about solving my problem and not just collecting my check. If I ever ran into a similar problem (fingers crossed that I don’t), then I would call them immediately. I suggest that you do the same!

As I write this, the company is working on my house. It is pouring rain, the worst rain we have had in a very dry summer. The tech is not quitting and keeps going. Wind, rain, lighting…..he doesn’t stop. I’m impressed. All this after the owner called me back the same day and set up a bat inspection even though they were booked solid. All signs of a great company.
