I had a 9 AM appointment to have a new deck and back up camera installed. I stopped by at 3 PM and the job hadn’t even been started. I asked why and never got a straight answer. The owner acted as if he couldn’t care less and refused to apologize. As one who always tries to spend my money locally I am very in this mom and pop shop.
