I moved away from Santa Monica 15 years ago and have been to many other jewelers since then. The finest is still Jack’s Jewelers – by a long shot. My most beautiful rings were custom designed and created by Jack’s. Everything I’ve purchased from Jack’s is so substantial and well made. If you have a jewelry creation in your mind, they will bring it to life. That’s what they did for me and I appreciate it every time I put on my jewelry made by Jack’s.

I felt a little lame, walking into this classy spot with a fifteen year old necklace that had broken on me. Went in just thinking they’d soder the broken piece and hand it back, but Jack went way above and beyond, having the pendant replated and spending time to find a brand new silver chain of the same style as the old beaten one. Everything was measured out to the specifications of what I’d brought in, and he kept me informed along the way with phone calls once a week or so, just letting me know where he was at with it. I literally could not have asked for more. It looks new. It looks *better* than when I bought it. Amazing. Thanks, Jack! I’ll never go anywhere else.
