We have been a customer of this Jack’s location for over 8 years. On average 2 to 3 visits a week. They have several exceptional employees that we always enjoy ordering from. Unfortunately none of them we working this morning 5/30/21. We arrived inside well before cut off for breakfast menu and was 3rd in line to order. In over 15 minutes the 2 employees that were working the counter had managed to only take 2 orders and had not even filled the orders taken in that time frame.as I’m standing there the person who appeared to be the manager stated breakfast orders were cut off. I spoke up stating I had been in line way before the cut off and was told sorry no breakfast.I know it’s next to impossible to hire staff these days but the owner of this location would be far better off to fire this inept manager. She was completely lost behind the counter and moved at such a slow pace it’s a wonder anyone got food there today. I will not place an order here again if this person is behind the counter.

First time going to Jack’s. I was super excited to try there fried chicken and there lemon pie shake. I Waited in the drive thru line for 35 minutes. The fried chicken was burnt and they was out of ice cream to make a shake. Horrible experience.
