The first time I went the staff was very nice, but the second time I went no one knew the answers to a single question I asked. No one was interested in helping me as I struggled to attempt to get wigs down myself and the both girls were not only rude but told me they were out of ALL human hair despite there being an entire section for it in the back (I discovered with zero assistance). I honestly think she just assumed I wasn’t going to buy, but ultimately this is what made me leave and choose somewhere else without making any purchases. I felt like someone else should be paid to work there since some people clearly don’t want to.

Im a regular, I love the owner and the service is great. However, considering this being the best location for beauty supplies in Modesto. I am very disappointed that the store is often closing earlier than the stated times.. Right now it is 6:30 on Thursday and I wasted gas and cant get the supplies I require due to the store being closed early. This is not the fisrt time I have pulled up before close and couldn’t be serviced due to early closing. Whoever is closing needs to do better or the closing times should be changed if this particular employee is allowed to do so.
