Outstanding experience.I find it a touch odd to be writing a review on a shop, however I found myself particularly compelled to do so after being so impressed with the whole experience and specifically so with the assistant manager, Haig.From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly polite and professional, we were made to feel comfortable and at home.At no point did he apply any pressure on us, and indeed ordered me a timepiece that wasn’t currently in their inventory, for me to come and look at the following week.I did not know a huge amount about IWC before walking in, but was throughly impressed by the manner in which Haig conducted himself and can say that he does the brand great credit.I highly recommend making an appointment with him, should you be interested in an IWC timepiece.
