I am extremely disappointed in the bouquet my mother received for Mother’s Day. I ordered a large bouquet, I specified colors and told her I didn’t want to pay over $100.00 with delivery. She had another call come in while I was on the phone with her so it felt a bit rushed, but I feel we were on the same page when I hung up. She ended up calling me a few days later to say she got the dates mixed up and she needed the delivery date from me again – mistakes happen so no harm done there. The woman I dealt with on the phone and the woman who delivered the flowers were both pleasant. However, the disappointment lies in the bouquet itself. While beautiful in design looks like a $45.00 bouquet filled with inexpensive flowers. I know for a fact, that I could pick this same thing up from Publix for under $50.00. I tried to support a local business and ended up paying $90.00 for a small bouquet of very ordinary flowers (daisies, carnations, a few roses). Unfortunately, I will have to try another local (Enterprise, AL) florist or will reluctantly use a larger online company.

I ordered a deluxe bouquet to be delivered for my mother for her birthday. When it arrived it was so small in size it looks like it would have cost me $30, not the $80 I spent. Also when it got there half of the flowered were brown and half dead, while the the other half of the flowers shown in the picture online were not in the bouquet. I will not be ordering from this company again, I am so so upset!
