Ivy Station is a mixed use transit oriented development that provides a mix of retail, office, hotel, and residential uses surrounding a large central open space and conveniently served by light rail and bus transit. The three buildings are built over a 3 level subterranean parking structure. The buildings are connected through a series of landscaped courtyards and open spaces at both pedestrian and podium levels that provide an extensive open space area for residents, shoppers, employees, hotel guests and transit users. This includes a Great Lawn/Central Plaza that will be programmed for occasional daytime or evening special events.
