Recently went into Ivan’s a month ago looking for a dining set and seen one that I loved, the seller was nice and informed my husband and I that the set was in stock and we wouldn’t have to wait and we would have it the next week. The next week came didn’t receive a call had to call myself and they had to get back with me. I’m not the type of person to nag but I paid the following day because the item was in stock and that’s what I was told but to have to wait and then be told they aren’t sure when it will be here or not even try and call the warehouse to be sure and then say it should be in this day and then to check and then say we’ll hopefully this day it’s unacceptable. Long story short I asked to speak to the manager but he didn’t call back so I just said I would come in and he decided to give me the chairs off the display and it was only 5 and it’s a set of 6 so I will have to wait til the end of the month to see if they will be in stock to get my sixth chair and I was given $10 off which was nice but I feel more could have been done and hope to get that soon. I’m new to Tyler and where I’m from things aren’t done like that, my experience with getting my sofa from there was great but if I need anything else I will be going somewhere else.

The staff was very helpful here. Didn’t follow us around like some places, but answered all of our questions in person and later on the phone and via text. Cliff went out of his way to get the info we needed to make a decision. They don’t sell Ashley, but they do have some made in the USA (and made in TX) pieces, a huge plus.

The salesman was really nice. He showed me a lot of different models of the sofas that I was interested in. My only issue was that he kept having to look things up in his tablet-or read the tags beside the sofas, which is something I could have done. He wasn’t knowledgeable about the product he was selling. But the end result was that I got the sofa I wanted, and he got the sale and everybody is happy!
