We bought a sectional and two chairs from them and it was a great experience. They warned us ahead of time about the wait on certain items and looked up every piece of furniture we asked about. We spent a couple of hours pricing and picking stuff out and never once felt like a burden. There customer service is unbeatable. Brian, Theresa, Jenn, Brad and Josh have all been wonderful. We will be back.

We ordered a couch from them in early August after being told that it would take at most 8 weeks. It is October 26th, and we have had to call them three times for updates. The response is the same every time, we will look into it. They never contact us again. I hope to get our money back. At this point, we are starting to think that we were swindled.Edit: We got our money back which is all one can ask for. However, the owner asked me via text if I would come in the store for the check. I said my girlfriend will be the only one.When my girlfriend went the next day, the owner pressured her to have me remove my negative review claiming she did not have to issue a “refund.” By definition, a refund implies we received a product or service. I am tired and disgusted by this owner who shows no sign of actual remorse. What kind of person gives such a distasteful apology? And she has the nerves to put up a positive, honest front on Google.
