Their food is good but the customer service is really where they earned their 1 star rating, their takeout system needs a revamp. The last 3 times I picked up food, they made me wait 15-20 minutes because they threw in the pizzas upon hearing I was ready to pick it up when I arrived. I understand maybe they want the pizza to be hot but any other pizzeria I go to they keep it warm if they finish it before I am there to pick it up. Advice: Online orders are for people that like to pick up things in an expedited way. I don’t think I will be back at this establishment for future takeout meals. Poorly managed and people behind the counter did not seem like they could handle the business.

I live locally and never thought to try this place, but I am glad I did! the pizza was great, we ordered for pickup and they put the pizza in the oven when we arrived to pickup the food, which only took a few quick minutes but made the pizza really fresh which was great, I appreciated that I would always rather have hot and fresh pizza then have it sitting around getting cold. Will be coming back!
