Phenomenal customer service from the maintenance department! I got frequent updates, Anthony took his time explaining everything and making sure I was good to go from start to finish.The dealership part on the other hand offered me $4k below what I was consistently getting offered elsewhere for the sale of my car. When I responded that the value of the car was far higher, the representative said, “Oh….you checked?” I’m certainly not ever buying or selling here after that! But to reiterate, the maintenance dept is top notch.

I am extremely frustrated with the professionalism and communication at this location. I noticed a major obstruction and the drivers windshield of the car and even sent pictures to management and haven’t seen any sense of urgency to get this fixed. After management gave me a day that they would pick up the car to fix this (after a Postponing it multiple times), They never fixed it on their agreed date. Now I have sent multiple emails to management and with no response from them. I drive my wife and kids to church every Sunday, this is not safe at all. I would not recommend this for anyone.Not to mention the horrible smell of the car, a license plate light being out and multiple tire issues. The list goes on, hopefully corporate can address this and make sure no one has to ever go through this again.
