I called on Friday February 26th to reserve for a party of 4. (It’s my daughter’s 6th birthday!!!) The gentleman told me he would put me on the schedule and to call back tomorrow (Saturday February 27th) to confirm we were coming. I called back like he asked me too on Saturday February 27 to confirm we were coming. The same man answered and told me they didn’t have availability for the day. He also told me that a family had booked the same time slot i requested 3 days ago. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!

Shannon, was awesome. She was very friendly with my children, displayed a great amount of safety and was very knowledgeable about local history. She definitely enhanced mine and my two younger children’s first carriage ride. A+
