UNACCEPTABLE. We ordered DEC, 2020 and here it is MAY, 2021, and your order is being processed. We don’t hear for months at a time, we call/ email and e-chat, and get a complete run-around every time. Then it’s well, the couch is in Los Angeles, but it’s 4 weeks to get it to you. We are in SAN JOSE, literally a 4-6 hour drive. I’ll get a truck myself and pick it up, then file with the BBB to shut this operation down for false advertising and stealing our money. 6 MONTHS advance payment required, and at the time it was 12 weeks to delivery, ZERO refunds possible, ZERO help from our credit card on trying to cancel this (definitely do Pottery Barn in the future). DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this SHADY company.

I received my sofa from Interior Define after a long wait. The sofa that arrived looks NOTHING like the photo of what was chosen. The cushions are overstuffed and uneven. The back pillows don’t stay up and the sofa is very uncomfortable. I am offered a full refund minus a 50% restocking fee . . . unacceptable! You should stand behind your product! The final product does not live up to the hype on social media . . . BIG MISTAKE!

I made an appointment for a phone consult weeks ago! They sent an email confirming it and a reminder a couple of days ago. I responded and asked if they were going to call me or whether I should call them. No response! I waited today for an hour ( after rescheduling my day to accommodate. Called customer service twice – they had no luck with the SF office either. I told her to let them know not to bother. If this is their idea of customer service, I cannot imagine what would happen once I ordered a piece of furniture I understand things happen but not to even call is unacceptable.
