InterCounty Supply – ICS – is a plumbing, heating and Air Conditioning supply house open to the trades as well as to retail customers and homeowners. ICS is an expanded version of Border Sales which has been a fixture in Westchester County for over 60 years. The goal here at ICS is always to support our contractors with value driven, affordable equipment and supplies as well as with training, education and new technology programs. We want to help our customers to be effective, efficient and profitable. Moving ICS into the distribution of air conditioning equipment and supplies is a logical and organic expansion that is predicated on the market needs for efficient air handling systems for cooling and heating.
