I recently had a full overhaul of my 2009 trek comfort bike. The bike now rides better than when I first got it. I am so impressed with the quality of work from the service department. * I’ve used Infinity/Trek bicycle store twice. They have been so helpful & kind. I don’t even own a bicycle, but no one in my area repairs manual wheelchairs. They have been polite, helpful, quick & affordable. Just love these folks! I can’t imagine how I would cope without their help. And who wants to pay for a new wheelchair, when a repair will do? Thankfully, in both cases I was able to get exactly the repairs needed.So, I both use & highly recommend this store and their staff. And if I were able to use it, I would certainly buy a bike from them too.
