The service department delivers superior service for my ’09 Murano everytime I bring it in for regular oil/filter change and tire rotation. They accommodate me even without an appointment, and the waiting room is comfortable with hospitality amenities. The job is done within the time estimate, plus they wash my car and give my car a multi-point inspection. And, the price is better than independent shops.

The Service Department was accommodating and helpful in scheduling, recieving, and picking up the vehicle from them. Pablo spearheaded the repair effort effectively and efficiently. I never met him face to face, but found it welcoming that his teammates were always able and willing to assist me as if they themselves were Pablo. Fair pricing and a solid experience means that the next time the G needs some love… I know where to bring it.
