The bed itself had scratches when it came in. They couldn’t explain to me right why I had to pay out of my pocket when I thought I got the full bed set on credit. Its not even worth shopping their worst experience ever buying furniture for the first time. Would not recommend at all. Especially if you find a nice sofa. Expect it to arrive in 3 months.

Worst place to buy! I purchase a mattress from the Cathedral City location. I purchased it for $300. It was promised to me ready for pick up the next day since it was coming from the Indio location which was fine. The next day I had to be the one contacting the store to see if it was ready for pick up. I needed a mattress that day for my children. The Mattress never arrived so I had to purchase another from a different store which I found for half the price $150. After so many calls to cancel my order that I never received the girl said she couldn’t cancel since she had no authority that I had to wait for the owner. After calling many times and showing up to the store about a month later. They decided to refund my money but yet charged me a $175 cancellation fee. I read so many reviews about horrible experiences with this store they should close instead of making fraud. I hope everyone reads the reviews. You can see for yourself that the owner only responds to the good reviews and never the bad ones. If the owner actually cared to have good reviews and good experiences for the customers he would fix the issues. I’ll make sure to let the word out so less customers end up buying from this place. Buy from The Imperial Furniture great prices and great customer service!

Small inventory, but good prices. Average quality if you’re seeking to have affordable furniture. Friendly staff, however, sister store in Cathedral City not friendly at all…. didn’t greet or offer assistance, shouted prices to us from the back of the showroom. Indio showroom much more inventory than CathedralCity location.
