It’s so hard to put this rating so low, I usually get great customer service here. But tonight I can’t say the same. The drive through was very quiet so I decided to get my burger well done and my bun extra toasted. I typically don’t especially when busy because I know it takes longer to cook. But tonight I decided to, everyone was super nice until I got my food, the cook brought it up to me, I could tell because the white gloves, and practically threw it at me when I grabbed it I could feel her force my whole hand back. She did not set it in my hand she shoved it. I couldn’t see her name tag because she turned right around after giving me a very sarcastic have a great night all I say was it started with a k. I don’t know what her problem was but I was close to coming in and talking to a manager because this was just so unacceptable. I figured the associates at in n out were taught costumer service over anything else. Very upset with my experience tonight.
