I have never had any issues with an In n Out in all the years I have been going to In n Out. I guess there is always a first. The staff were very nice but I was very hungry after sitting with my Mom for the day and really wanted some fries. I only ordered fries and a coke. I drove off and grabbed a few from the bag and knew something was wrong. The fries were cold and appeared to have been sitting around for awhile. I was so hungry and had no time to return to In n Out as I was on my way home to Victorville. I was never more disappointed in In n Out.

Everyone is friendly and service was great. Ordered 6 burgers to take back to NY with my sister and asked to be double wrapped. The girl personally went to the back to take care of the order. She even took a selfie with my sister. Good food and great service. Can’t ask for anything more.

Went last night for a couple of burgers and fries. I ordered a malt, half chocolate and vanilla. Got home and it was all vanilla. There fries were so over cooked it was like eating pretzels. They need to have someone over look the orders prior to giving to the customer. Please have someone cook the fries…
