Although the store had some cute items. The women working there was very rude and unhelpful. She did not offer to help us, welcome us or offer assistance with dressing room. Would not shop there again because of this.

For the past 12 years I have been shopping at Illusions Jewelry & Accessory Store. Whether it is fine or costume jewelry I have always been pleased with the wide selection. The purses and shoes I have bought there are comfortable and stylish. The jewelry is timeless and chic. Moving from New York to Europe, I often get compliments on my jewelry. If something is broken or a battery needed replacing, the staff are helpful in fixing everything which is a relief. Great customer service. It’s a Hamptons must see!
