I had them order me a screen to repair my phone, well they got the screen in , but then they closed due to covid, and i totally understand, but i was not aware of the situation so i took my phone else where, a week later they finally opened, but i already had my screen repaired, so i politely asked for a refund, and was told i should recieve my refund in 5 to 10 business, its been 2 months now , no refund and no one will answer the phone, ive left voice messages and a number where they can reach me, but its been total silence on there end. I dont understand. Thats why im giving them 1 star, when issue is fixed ill gladly change my rating but 1star for now.

It has almost been two months since I’ve dropped my Apple Watch off for the screen to be replaced. I was told it would be 2 weeks at most for repair. Every time I call it sends me straight to voicemail, I’ve left multiple messages with no response, and when I do go to the store they are always closed. I most definitely do not recommend. I just want me Apple Watch and the money I paid for it as well.

I brought my sons tablet in to repair a broken screen, that was on January 17th of this year. I have called several times and left messages, with no reply. At first they said 3-5 days, then 2 more, then another week etc…etc….the one time my husband called and actually talked to someone it was a rather rude female that told him to not call again. An employee of Walmart stated she hasn’t seen anyone at the store for over a week. I wish someone could be honest and tell me what is going on. My son uses his tablet for communication. I really would like my tablet and the $200 I have paid back. I don’t know who to talk to. Customer service is not returning calls. SO frustrated!
