Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I’d give them six stars if I could. I brought in my dad’s laptop that he’d… dropped. And that I had tried to do a factory reset on. Needless to say, the computer wasn’t functioning. But they fixed it and had it ready the next day for way less than I was expecting to be charged.

The guy was 30 minutes late opening. He told my husband that he did not have the coputer that he droped off a week ago, until my husband produced phone records. He told us that it would be done Tuesday last week and when we went to pick my computer up he said it will be done Saturday. The worst part is that my job is comprised without my computer. I need this computer today! If you need good service and reliability in my experience, don’t go here.

For at least 6 years now, I have been going to iFix to help me keep going with great technology that I can’t afford to replace. Every time I have brought an item there for iFix to fix or replace, iFix has always worked with me so that I can continue to throw away when absolutely necessary while helping me to not throw away as much as possible in my effort to live as lightly as possible in an American world that has been built on on a different set of values. I am so glad iFix continues to thrive in Davis!
