My and my friend got our ears pierced at this place and my friend told them she has sensitive ears they still put stainless steel and even before they put it on her i told them that they put the wrong one on and they didn’t care they didn’t even clean her ear before they put them in.

10/14/19 5:03pm. On receipt says her name is Lara. (Blonde older Lady)I was extremely unhappy with the service I received that day. Went to the mall to purchase everything for my daughters Homecoming event that day. When we went to Icing the lady at the counter would not take her eyes of my daughter and her friend. Even when I was with them and purchasing earrings with her she was so distracted on staring at them she prolonged the purchase. I bit my tongue because I did not want to cause a seen in front of the kids but that will be the last time I purchase anything from there. The kids were uncomfortable by her looks and making them feel not welcome. It is a fun store and why were there was suppose to be special. It is really unfortunate that she is driving business away. I am huge in customer service and she didn’t even greet me when I walked in. She should not be in that line of business because she is driving customers away.

I never write reviews but all I got to say was that this one worker with black hair was very rude. I went in there to get a necklace and she came up with a little attitude while telling me about the sale. I didn’t say anything because it was busy and thought she had a long day at work. I’m in there for quite a bit looking around to see what else I would like to purchase and then the lady kicked me out for “stealing” . Never coming back to this icing ever again! I wouldn’t even recommend this store to anyone because of the rude employees.DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!I would highly recommend going to another icing store for jewelry or just another place in general. This place shouldn’t have a business if they are having rude employees. They can easily fix that problem by hiring nicer workers.
